Lead Pipes and Coils

Seamless extruded pipes and extrusions are Galena Metals specialty. Seamless pipes provide excellent tolerance under working pressure and also is devoid of pin holes. Pipes are primarily used for acid transfer in Acid and Rayon Plants.

Galena Metals produces the finest seamless lead pipes in the industry. Galena Metals can extrude up to 11.5” OD lead pipes from pure lead or any combination of lead tin or lead antimonial alloy. Galena Metals has over 200 different die’s from which pipes and extrusions can be fabricated.

Galena Metals Pipes are used to manufacture Lead Coils for Heating or Cooling Operations. This operation is carried out at our plant by a skilled team.
